Secondary research

Secondary research is research that someone else has done for example a textbook, informative web page, diaries, biography, newspapers, government data banks, Media research organisations (BARB, PAMCo and RAJAR), transcripts, documentaries.  This is a story board for the TV show vikings. This is secondary information because someone has illustrated the pictures for someone to digitally recreate them. The advantage of this is that the information is always at your access and is written by people who decide the course, and a disadvantage is that many people will use the same source so you will have competition. Also they will eventually become out of date. You can also go to certain websites that will provide information and tips of making a magazine show. A advantage of this a lot of tips and a disadvantage is that it can be time consuming Ask someone who is knowledgable about a magazine show to find out information and advice for making a good product for example Rob Speranza. The advantage of this is that it is advice from someone with expe...
