KTA 4- Primary and secondary information

Primary research is getting/gathering first hand information and data. This means you do it yourself.

To gather qualitative primary information I could interview Rob speranza as he is an expert in the industry. I could also run a questionnaire in the street to people. I could do a VoIP call with someone from a company who specialises in that subject.
